1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or the required advance amount) has been received.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
2. Payments
- Payment must be made through the approved methods listed on our website.
- Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as specified at the time of booking).
- Any additional charges (meals, extra guests, special requests, etc.) must be settled directly at the property/boat.
- For foreign guests payments will be subject to the exchange rates at the time of final payment.
3. Check-in / Check-out & Boarding Rules
- Standard check-in/check-out times of the respective hotel/guest house apply.
- For boat rides, guests must report at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be considered as no-show.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in/boarding.
4. Event-Specific Conditions (Dev Deepawali)
- Due to heavy demand during Dev Deepawali, bookings are non-transferable.
- Traffic restrictions, crowd management, or weather conditions may affect timings of boat rides or hotel access. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Safety instructions provided by hotel staff/boat operators must be strictly followed.
5. Liability & Responsibility
- We act only as a booking facilitator for hotels, guest houses, and boats. We are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage incurred during your stay or travel.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- Any damage to property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
6. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, floods, or other events beyond our control), bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled without liability.
7. Amendments
- Any last minute additions to the bookings are acceptable but will be chargeable.
- Guests agree that such amendments if not fulfilled do not constitute a breach of service.
8. Medical Disclosure
- Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions (such as heart problems, asthma, epilepsy, or mobility issues) that may affect their ability to safely participate in boat rides or crowded events.
- Pregnant women, individuals with serious medical conditions, or those advised against physical exertion by a doctor are requested to avoid boat rides or activities that may pose health risks.
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We are not responsible for medical emergencies arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.
- Guests must carry their personal medication and inform companions about their medical needs in case of emergency.
